We had a room overlooking the beautiful river, with fine views. The recommendations for dinner from the front desk were a mixed bag, but the place they suggested in Santo Spirito was a real gem. The breakfast dining room was lovely and we regret not enjoying a relaxing evening there with a bottle of wine. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is located on the river, just a block away from the famous Ponte Vecchio, and within easy walking distance to all the main sights. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed, including a soundproofed room, mini-bar, and in-room safe. We also appreciated the welcome drink and the terrace with a great view of the river. The staff was always friendly and helpful, offering tours and tickets to the main attractions.
Highly recommend this place to everyone.

We stayed in a hotel that had a great location, close to all the sights we wanted to visit. It was also fairly close to the train station, which made it convenient for us to travel. Despite the ongoing taxi strikes, we were able to easily reach the airport. The room we stayed in was freshly furnished and clean. The bathroom was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The reception staff was welcoming and helpful. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the hotel's coffee shop.
Some aspects of the hotel could have been improved, such as the iron and iron board not being available.

Great location, within walking distance of the train station and the famous Ponte Vecchio. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast served in the nearby cafe was delicious. The room had a nice bathroom with a good shower and quality towels.
There were some areas for improvement. The room had limited power points, inconvenient.

Magical atmosphere, Renaissance paintings, modern and luxurious interior, amazing view of the Arno river and bridges, graceful and authentic decor, enchanting rooftop terrace.

The rooftop terrace at Hotel Bretagna Heritage - Alfieri Collezione offered amazing views of the city. We enjoyed sipping our morning coffee while admiring the fine Florence skyline. The location of the hotel was also ideal, with many attractions within easy walking distance. The breakfast selection was delicious, and the real coffee was a nice touch.

Perfect location, just a short walk from the main sites yet quiet and comfy. The staff were good and the rooms were palatial, with beautiful frescoes and plenty of space.
The wifi was slightly quirky, but nothing too bad.

I stayed at this place and it was amazing! The location was perfect, right on the river and only a block away from the famous bridge. I could easily walk to all the sights in this chic district. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the service was top-notch. I loved the room amenities, especially the in-room safe and the mini-bar. The terrace was a great spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful view. The continental breakfast in the bar/lounge area was delicious and the staff at the reception desk were always ready to assist.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. It was a truly luxurious and comfortable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was superb, right in the center of everything and overlooking the river near the famous Ponte Vecchio. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful old-fashioned room that was clean and tidy. The breakfast each morning was wonderful, offering a wide selection of delicious food and drinks.

Hotel is conveniently located near a bridge, in the city center, and close to everything. You can easily explore the city, with the charming streets and artisan shops of Oltrarno just a short walk away. The breakfast spread is fabulous, and it is served in a special cafe in the next building. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist you with tickets and any inquiries.
The entrance may not be very inviting due to its worn appearance.
